Phillips was a US based integrated oil and gas company with a large refinery portfolio that ultimately merged with Conoco to form ConocoPhillips. The refining part of the business was later separated as Phillips 66.
Phillips 66 had owned and operated 15 refineries in its lifetime before mergin with Conoco. All were in the US.
