2023 - Karachi (Pakistan) - Cnergyico acquired 91% stake in the Byco refinery in Karachi
2023 - Fujairah refinery - UNIPER sold the refinery and bunkering business to Montfort Group
2023 - SARPOM (Italy) - ExxonMobil sold its 75% stake in the refinery to Italiana Petroli
2023 - Priolo (Italy) - Lukoil sold the refinery to GOI Energy
2023 - Vadinar (India) - Trafigura sold its 25% stake in the Nayara refinery in India to Hara

2022 - Haifa (Israel) - Israel Petrochemicals acquired Bazan, including the refinery
2022 - Saraland (US) - Shell sold the refinery to Vertex for $75M plus value of inventory. Vertex will convert the plant to renewable diesel
