Novi Sad was a small, low complexity refinery located north of Belgrade, Serbia.
The refinery was converted to a lubricants plant in 2012.
The plant is owned and operated by NIS, which is 56% owned by Gazprom.
Gazprom has announced plans to sell its controlling stake in NIS to MOL in 2026.
